Haven't used GF, but the built in resizing on Photoshop CS seems very good to me.

I have seen a side by side comparison in AP which purported to show that GF was better, but the "improvement" was so little in my eyes as to be not worth the extra cost.

I have a 24x16 print made from a D70 "negative" and it looks pretty spiffy to me - but then I'm an AP.
