I'm not sure which Bing 1715 you may have; the first one was made in August 1962 and another was made in July 1968, after Bing restarted the numbers over. If you tell me a little about your board, we can quickly pin down which one you have. Based on that, Bing will send you a "Birth Certificate" that'll tell you the date it was ordered and who ordered it.
Also, if you can send us some photos, we may be able to tell you more about your board.
Finally, please tell me where you live and I'll try to recommend some people for you to contact for repair work.
