The recitation of a list of complaints is merely an introduction to the diagnostic process. Any meaningful answer to your question would require a far more detailed description of your symptoms and findings, a complete history of its occurrence and progress, and an all-important physical examination and possibly diagnostic tests.

Forums such as this cannot hope to provide the necessary venue for proper diagnosis, and guesses and conclusions based on inadequate and possibly errant information can be a recipe for harm, either due to delay of a real diagnsis, or if treatment is instituted based on such incomplete information.

If doctors could adequately diagnosis and treat without seeing the patient, there would be no need for offices and facilities for that purpose. As you state that this situation is really interfering with your activities, I would think it would be worthwhile for you to see a doctor in person, even if it will cost some money.

After you have obtain a real diagnosis, feel free to return here for a general discussion of that diagnosis and the ranges of treatment possibilities. But there is no one other than your attending doctor who can definitively and accurately relate any of this to your individual situation.
