Hello,
We suggest that you take all your images with your camera in a horizontal position verses rotating 90 degrees so they don't appear distorted in the thumbnail images in the software and reports. When viewing images in both the business software and Protection Plus (Client Software) it does give you the option to click the small image to see the original image. We chose this format to conserve space and allow the reports to be formatted nicely. The images are actually saved as they were originally taken so there is always the option to export and print all or individual images. It it typically acceptable to provide the reports as a reference then if there was ever a need to print larger or clearer images that could be accomplished by getting them from the data CD you create with the business software. It is common for images when printed in a smaller format to have some distortions but serves the purposes as an index. Again, the originals are still available but the reports would be too big if all images were printed at full size.
