Thanks for the feedback Jeff! Keep us posted on how the weight vest component of your ski simulator training helps out. It sounds like an intense tweak to an already great pre-season training regimen! I'm sure that raising the number of resistance bands, plus the added weight will have your legs feelin' the good burn right away...and pounding the stuffing out of the moguls later. Let us know how your wife likes the training as well.
