I was told by her brother David Ratliff years ago that she gave my son up at birth . He didn't know to who or if she used an agency .
I have been searching the internet and as far as I can tell she may have married 12/2011 to Rickey Allen Chapman if I have the right person . I don't know if that will help or not .

Do you think I should call that current address if I can find a phone number ?
