Hello my name is Lucy and I have been helping my friend find his birth family. He was born in California 1969. I feel that the info on his birth certificate may be wrong and that the "given" name on the California birth index could be wrong as well. I come up with nothing when I have searched with the info that was given. Have you had any luck since your last post here? I look forward to hearing back from you.
