Have you ordered your original birth certificate yet? If not, you should order your "orginal" birth certificate. I checked the OH birth index and there are three males born on that day:

Joel L. Pifer (mother's maiden name Fricks)
Mark S. Rapp (mother's maiden name Safrit)
