I have used a couple of different methods. I too have had Sailors that were approved via PTS, but not recorded when page 13's were required. I use to different systems to verify that NPC sees the PTS reservation... If you have access to LOPG, it shows that NPC has a reserved PTS quota on file. It is also reflected in CMS/ID under the personnel tab (using CCC access). I normally do a scrub every other month after PTS has been approved, and mark them off a working copy of my EDVR. Seems tasking, but once you get used to the system, pretty user friendly. |
