I had an right ankle sprain a while back, but its completely healed.
now whenever I run, I have a pain that goes up the outside of my right leg.
When I run, I feel that I am running on the outside of my right foot and I need to consciously adjust how i run to prevent this.
would orthotics help? I tried wearing stability/cushioning sneakers, and i feel that it pushes out less, but there is still some running on the outside of the foot. |
