I have pain in the joint from my arch to my big toe - very severe pain. Mostly in my left foot but I noticed it in my right foot too once in a while although never as bad. (Sometimes my big toe feels numb though on that right foot.) I just finished boot camp and I know I put a lot of stress on my feet then, but Ive been home for two and a half months now and am mostly just a stay at home mom, I thought it would feel better by now but it just seems to be getting worse. I wear an orthopedic shoe most days, and on the days I dont, I have to take heavy pain meds (Volterin or Naproxen) Does this sound like anything you might be more familliar with? My Dr just seems content with throwing NSAIDs at me and sending me on my way, Im frustrated with him. |
