 Subject: pain in side of outer foot.

I have a pain in the outer side of my left foot. It mainly hurts when I walk and only hurts in the side of my foot. Feels kind of like a torn or bruised muscle. But I have not injured my foot in any way. I can feel the pain if I twist my ankle around as well.
