 Subject: arch and foot pain

I have been experiencing pain that is "throbbing" in the arch and latter aspectof my foot. It is sore overall and has actually kept me from sleeping at times. I am a nurse and on my feet constantly...Any ideas? The problem with my foot has came on all at once...???
