Magna cleaned for us for over a year. The actual cleaning crews were good but expensive, which I base on the fact that Magna’s on-going price was 40% more expensive then our new cleaners at the same quality. The billing was horrific. After a few months, we asked multiple times for a bill and finally got a one-off e-mail with an amount owed (not a formal invoice), which we paid. We then didn’t get another bill for almost a year but had decided to just pay monthly an amount based upon what we thought was the agreed price and Magna happily cashed the checks and never said a word. We then got a second one-off e-mail almost a year later with what Magna thought we owed, we disputed both the price and services provided over the period since the first e-mail and this resulted in us canceling the service. We actually got our first true invoice only after we cancelled the service and Magna adjusted the amounts owed in their second e-mail. We paid this amount as while we still didn't fully agree - it was not worth the continued frustration of dealing with Magna.

If you decide to move forward with Magna do not make the mistake that we made, put in writing that Magna will invoice you on a monthly basis and most importantly no amounts will be owned on any services invoiced after 45 days of service. This will protect you and any good business should not have a problem meeting this requirement.
