I'm undertaking family history research into an event in Iran in 1942. As part of my research I wish to obtain more information on a Russian piloted DC-3 flight which crashed in Iran on 28 February 1942 en route from Basra to Tehran, and on two search parties that reached the crash site in early August 1942. One of these parties contained a man called O.H. Bell of the Douglas Aircraft Corporation. I understand there are Douglas archives at Cypress, California. I live in the UK. Can anyone tell me how to contact the Douglas archives, preferably by email? Thanks.
