I have been having severe arch pain for over a year now...i have tried different arch supports and different shoes/boot, but the pain is almost unbearable. I work 10+ hours a day in a factory where i stand all day. I have moderate pain while working, but once i remove my boots i can barely stand. I've noticed that if i continue walking the pain get slightly more bearable, and if i sit a while and then stand WHAM...horrible pain. I bought a pair of Red Wing work boots about 4 months ago that were designed for standing on concrete all day. Noticed a little relief for a month. Any ideas? |
