Ive been walking around alot lately, and noticed my 2nd toe to have some weird coloring (almost like a bruise??) forming where the bottom of the top meets my sandals (usually leather flip flops). It is painful and discolored and gross. Ive been walking 15 minutes to my classes, usually power walking, about 2-3 times a day.
How do i treat this? I fear it is only to get worse.
