I am wondering if anyone feels the same pain as I do on the back of my heel only when I stand or walk a lot. My dr. suggested gel supports but It has not gotten better. Originaly I thought it was a heel spur but after reading up on the topic I realize that is not it. I have read several other topics but none seem to discribe mine. I do not have a flat foot or to high of an arch. If anyone can recomend something or give me some advise to what will make my pain lessen I would realy apriciate it. Thanks |
