For the past couple of weeks my left foot has been acting weird. When I walk, it almost feels as though I'm taking a larger step with it and it makes a loud clunk sound when it hits the pavement. I have tried to stop that and it's almost as though I have no control over it. There is no pain or tingling, but when I sat with my legs out flat and tried to make my feet point back towards me (like I'm stretching and trying to reach my hands to my toes and my toes sorta point backwards a little), my left foot doesn't go back near as far as the right foot. I try, but it feels like my left foot's muscle just isn't working.

Does anybody know what might be causing this? I haven't done any rigorous exercise, and as I said there is no pain or tingly-feeling.
