Hi, I was wondering if I could get some opinions on this idea: Has anybody considered sub-contracting their services to insurance agents or other home-related professionals? For example, partnering with an insurance agency to do home inventories for the people they sell homeowners policies to but do it as if you worked for the agency? Maybe just charge the agency an hourly rate and they can charge their customer whatever they want?

I thought that this might be a good way to get guaranteed work and it would also be "free" money for the insurance agency (since we're the ones doing the work). I would think that you'd have to charge the agency less than you would a true customer but maybe you'd get more work that way since the agencies would be making some money off of it as well.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Kim
