I developed an infection from a toe ring removal (skin was broken) and was given two courses of septra ds,and an IM inj. of Rocephin as the infection was persistant. That was 5 months ago. Now, if I run, walk long distances, or wear shoes such as low heels or thongs, I get very itchy painful blisters at the site of where the infection was, once the blisters pop the itchiness goes away. Any help would be great. Cultures on the toe came up negative. |
