Subject: Exporting & Creating your Data CD

Hi,
I'm trying to help one of our fellow business owners with her export.

When you perform an export it creates a "clientdata.mdb" file which contains the client data and copies this file along with all the image files into a new folder which is named using the Client ID.

Has anyone had to adjust their computer settings so that the "clientdata.mdb" file is visible ? She gets the image files in the folder but can't see the "clientdata.mdb" file.

I know it's there somewhere because she copied it at one point onto a CD.

We adjusted some view settings in Windows explorer but this is the first time I've hear of this case.... so thought it might save some time if I bounced it off the group. She is running Windows XP.
