My wife and I were talking earlier about getting the business going after we move. We were wondering if any of you have sub-contractors or hired someone to work with you in this business. If so, could you share how that works. Contract? Pay amount? Commissioned? Hourly? By job? I'm sure there are other things to consider as well. Please, if you would, share your experiences.
