He placed ads in many states around USA for woman who needed help and couldn't keep their babies.
NC/Mo/mi/ms/Or/NY/Ga. Again there could be more.
this started in the early 1980's and up to 1994.

You would have been very likely born in La. and adopted into another state. Or finalized in La, but lived in another state.
