What it is that makes anger such an easy choice ?
Why does sadness too easily turn into depression ?
How come the truth seems to be so elusive ?

I am sure that everybody has their own unique answers to
these questions as you have had your own unique experiences.
The common thread is that regardless of who you are and what
you have experienced these things have come in and touched
all of our lives at one point or another. In those times we have
all made choices on how to go about dealing with them.

What is the one difference between those who have been propelled
deeper into themselves and their process of truth and those who
choose to step away from themselves.

There is only one choice in this matter that makes all the difference in
the direction you go. The choice is to understand that in this moment
you are at the very least co-creating your reality and being a victim is
a self created limitation. If something is in your life its because for one
reason or another you invited it there.
