Female searching for my birth parents.I was born 6/23/67 at the old City Hospital in Baltimore, Md.and weighed 5 lbs or less. Forceps were needed for delivery and left marks. I've been told my birth name was Lynette Marie Bradford but that's unconfirmed. I have medical issues and need answers.
