Hi, I am the girlfriend of Mark E. Kelp. He was adopted as a baby through Catholic Charities in Albany, New York. He was born on 6/8/1964 in the city of Albany, NY. County of Albany, NY in Brady Maternity (Memorial) Hospital (which is now closed) I believe all the birth records have been sent to St. Peter's Hospital (also in Albany, NY) or the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany on 40 North Main Street, Albany, NY. According to his non identifying paperwork he has an older sibling. He did receive a NYS Department of Health form VS-115 (rev.11/64). The Certificate #76344 which was filed on June 20, 1964 in local registration district and on July 09, 1964 in the Department of Health. Seal date is June 25, 1965 signed by Joseph H Sterzinger, Director. He is a white male, looking for any birth family members. He was adopted by Harold W. Kelp and Dorothy Radaker Kelp and came home to them on Nov 30 1964. I don't know much more than this, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. He has been looking for his birth family for a very long time and just wants get to know them and possibly get answers like everyone else. Thank you in advance for any help you can give us. |
