Here's what we know.
My mother in law, Sharon Lee Grady was adopted by Aylene and John Wesley Grady. He was in the US Army stationed at Fort Drum(?). We believe she was born in a home on Main Street in Governors, New York. Think the birth mother's name is Gladys Hatch and she was a teenager at the time.

Sharon, Aylene and John Grady have all passed away now and we are looking for medical history and maybe a family relationship. Sharon had a congenital heart issue that was not known until it manifested itself and she had a stroke.
My husband Wesley is Sharon's son.
