I am looking for my half brother he was born in May of 1959 in Toronto ON. My mother was an unwed 23 year old who was forced to give her child up for adoption because of the shame it brought on the family. The baby was a love child of my mom and and her "married" boyfriend. The father listed on the birth certificate is Ivan Roy Hill, his mothers name is Marjorie Anne Gordon and he was given the name of Jeffrey Marcelle Gordon. I will refer to you as baby boy Gordon as I'm sure your name was changed when you were adopted, but I want you to know that you were very much wanted and your birth mother only wanted hat was best for you and for you not to grow up with the stigma of the era of unwed mothers. Please know that you have 4 other half siblings. Our names our Scott, Stuart, Sandy(this is me typing) and Ian. Our last names at birth our Banks. If you see this message and are interested in finding us we would be thrilled. Your birth mother was also an adopted child at birth. I have only recently, literally in the past 4 days found that she has a half brother and I have contacted him. How beautiful a reunion it would be to find you and have you join our family.
