Is anyone familiar with a home that the courts would send unwed mothers to in the 60's in Knoxville Tennessee? It was located at 4205 Elkins Street, ran by a Maude Cutshaw? Apparently she took in the female I'm searching for, and got a little information after tracking down Maude's daughter, but nobody else seems to know anything else about this home.
