I am looking for an older sister who was adopted in the 70’s. Her birth mother was a teenager, Regina Cioffari of Poughkeepsie and her birth father was Anthony Patterson. She was born March 17, 1972. I think she was adopted by a family that raised her in Yonkers as Katrina Gray. Ancestry.com has matched me to someone, I believe to be her daughter.
