Looking for adoption or guardianship records of George Basil Bobb born 10-5-1895. Parent Harry T Boob and Emma V McClintock. Was put in the home for the friendless 1899-1902. Pick up by father May 1902 but between age 8-10 name changed to Whitmore/Whitmire under guardianship or adoption. Near Picture Rocks, PA or Shrewsbury PA.
