The toe on the nail next to my big toe is literally growing out of the skin. It's like something is squeezing it and it comes out almost to a point and there is a thick piece of skin under the nail. I expect to wake up one day and discover that I have no nail at all on that toe! Any suggestions? Would a "V" cut into the nail help?
