 Subject: Effect of new restrictions?

I know that they were just released today, but will the new Philadelphia COVID-19 lockdown restrictions close the range?

If not full closure, will the prior plans go into effect (1-hour limit, etc.)?

I was hoping to use the rifle range this week.
