i'm a distance runner. i've recently been experiencing alot of abnormal pain in my right foot. or better yet my my outside knuckle of my pinky toe on my right foot, got that. i hope so. it kicks in around the 12 mile mark and gets worse as i go. it pretty much stops me everytime. what should i do. i wear superfeet now. new nimbus shoes. i change my shoes alot too. i don't know- help. i got a race june 11. got to figure this out. thanks for all your help.
