Hi if you are the adoptee, just say m. or fe. mm/dd/yyy city state you are born in. if adopted in another state list the birth state first and /ad. city,state.
Say if you signed up with the state. If you haven't, then check the laws and follow the links to sign up with your state. Did you send for the background information? Did you Do DNA? if so which ones. |
