I have had numerous foot surgeries over the years: bunions removed on both big toes twice (they grew back), taylors bunions removed on little toes, neuromas in both feet. I wear very sensible shoes. Only wore minimal high heels for a few years back in my 20s (3 decades ago). Now I think I have a taylors bunion growing again.
I don't know where to turn. I can't keep having surgeries. My two bunions are overcorrected now.
How can I fix my problems for good? Is there anyone who can evaluate my foot mechanics and give me a special shoe or something that works so that this doesn't keep happening?
I've tried orthotics, wide shoes, soft shoes...you name it, I've tried it.
I live near San Jose, California but would be willing to go anywhere if someone could really help me.
Thank you. |
