The prospect of The London Arena being demolished for 1000 flats will leave London with no indoor sports stadium at all. This is yet another reason to improve Quality of Life for London's citizens by the building of the new Richmond Ice Rink. Multipurpose and able to host a wide variety of sports not nescessarily to do with ice. Eventually The Dome is planned to provide similar accommodation, but a city like London needs at the very minimum two such venues. Even if The Dome eventually gets its act together, Richmond, being in the west, is vital anyway. |
