The fleshy part of my arch toward the inside of one foot suddenly started hurting when pressure was put on it. Within a few days a large black and blue mark appeared and it was swollen so I figured I bruised it somehow and didn't notice the injury. Now the bruise is gone (it's been about 2 weeks) but I am left with what is now a small, painful lump/nodule/pebble type thing in this area. Any ideas?
