THE SO CALLED COMPANY DOCTOR DAVID JAMES BROUGHT IN TO `sort out' `The Dome's finances by New Labour is a thief. He stole £70+million from the shareholders of Eagle Trust by subterfuge and abuse of the laws governing companies. Kleinwort Benson Securities are also impugned in their phony valuations of various companies assets at the request of David James.
Who is to control and challenge spivs who ammassed personal fortunes because our Company Laws have no Watchdog with legal teeth? This also applies to the professional fees paid to consultants, banks, etc out of profits due to shareholders, not to mention salaries of the 1top table'. Enough is enough, The Government Regulator must ACT.
