Lately I've been having trouble exercising. For the past three years almost every day I jump rope 5 minutes, run a mile, and then do sit ups and push ups. Since moving to Phoenix at the beginning of this year I've been having a much harder time with the aerobic portion. I find myself feeling very tired very quickly, and my legs ache as if they are being overworked.
The only thing that has changed aside from moving is I now have to live in the same house as two cats, and I am quite alergic to them. They cause me to have difficulty breathing normally, and so I am assuming that is causing my oxygen level to be lower. If this is the case, would that cause poor blood circulation and thus more difficulty exercising? Thank you! |
