Hoping for some insights about these. They sound wonderful, but so do most products from their ads. Have you used them? Do they do any good? They make lofty claims, but I'm skeptical...

I'm an active (ski/bike/walk 30-100 minutes, 4-7 times a week) mid-40s man, 6', 200 lbs. I wake sometimes with various ailments, foot pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, esp. if I don't exercise for a few days. Maybe it's just age doing its thing. I know doctors will advise seeing a doctor and I appreciate that, just like to hear from a range of people if these are just well-marketed snake oil insoles, or if they really help. Thanks.
