Hi, I have started running about 3 months ago. About 3 times a week doing 2 to 4 miles for each run. I was running with old shoes and had horrible knee and ankle pain, so switched to brand new shoes. I got fitted by a shoe doctor and all was going well. Then recently after my runs the top of my feet have been killing me. Not my toes, not my ankles, just the very top. It feels kind of sore or like a cramp I just know it hurts. It will last for about 4 hours then either I am just used to it or it goes away. Once when I ran in the soft sand at the beach by the end of my run I could hardly walk to my car it was so painful. Just thought I would ask to see if anyone knew what the heck was going on.
