Hi Bernie..I went to a chiropractor who practices active release therapy. After the therapy, she mentioned that she thinks i may have an "inverted calcaneus". I "googled" this term but i am still confused as to exactly what it means and its relationship to my Dx: of medial calcaneal nerve entrapment. She did suggest i place a lateral wedge under my insert. She did not want me to Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sandy |
