Well, if it was numb and feeling returned, one could say you had experience TEMPORARY numbness, but slight numbness would refer to less than complete numbness, so whether feeling comes back or not is not a determinate of whether to call it "slight" numbness. That term has only to do with the degree and extent of the numbness.
