Hi,
Has anyone been told that there embryos would be frozen and then told over a week later they were not?
I did my transfer on 2/11. Was told they'd keep an eye on them from that date into 2/12. Assumed since I heard nothing else that 3 were frozen on that date. I went in yesterday for my Beta Hcg blood pregnancy test. The result was disappointing, low levels, and more than likely not pregnant.

I found out yesterday as well that the embryos were not frozen. Not enough details from lab given to IRMS, but seems that they failed to thrive from 2/11 to 2/12, although again no one told me this. Went in this morning for repeat blood test, however, not expected to get a positive outcome. Feeling super frustrated: 1) this IVF cycle not successful and 2) the lack of communication with the IRMS and patients, as for the last 10 days we assumed we'd have the frozen embryos to use rather than having to start this ALL over again.

Communication really needs to be improved. I am beyond frustrated at this point, but still committed to this process and need to start being even more proactive with this...
