IRMS now accepts CIGNA, Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, QualCare, GHI in New Jersey (administered by Qualcare) and Saint Barnabas health plans.

I'm not a yoga expert, so I'm not sure which positions are beneficial/harmful but I think some studios offer specialized classes. I attend yoga for fertility classes at my acupuncturist's center and I love them. The classes are really small so it's almost like getting a private session. From my experiences in the classes, the focus is on positions that open up the pelvic and hip areas to improve circulation and reduce tension. There's probably even more going on but like I said, I'm not a yoga expert. All I know is that it feels great. Hope this helps! |
