That happened to me as well. Everything was normal for my husband and and I. Bad eggs was the issue. I did cgh this is a type of pgd testing that test all 24 chromosomes. It worked for me and now I have a beautiful nine month old. I had 2 failed iui's and 3 failed ivfs 2 were with pgd which tested only half or less than half of the chromosomes. I was really lucky the last time around. I was a poor responder to my meds and my eggs were slower than normal. I had 16 eggs retrieved which was great because I showed less during ultra sounds but got more than they expected. 14 made it and 10 fertilized. Out of the 10 only 4 were considered normal. If you could only imagine what the other six were, generically messed up with missing sex chromosomes, downs and other stuff I was fortunate to have what appeared to be 4 normal embyos They were all transferred in me. 1 took at first then faded and another one popped up. My miracle baby. I was told To do donor eggs at one point. I refused. I said as long as I have eggs one of them has to be normal. This is a very emotional, physical and expensive journey. I hope you have luck in what you do next. |
