If you are converting b/c you cannot make HM1, pls, stay in your rate. If you are converting and will work tirelessly for all Sailors then welcome. We need Navy Counselors who aren't looking for a pat on the back every time they help a Sailor. We do not need Navy clowns who are looking for promotion and treat Sailors like a check in the block.
