Who does the inviting?

You say that we invite it there but who is the I that invites?

I have felt "angry" at people yet simultaneously recognize my role in the interaction. But recognizing my role - even seeing the greater spiritual significance - even recognizing the karma generated - still does not overcome the feeling...

Is there anything "wrong" with the feeling. Anger is just an energy that has a certain frequency. I don't want to feel this anger, so I turn to substance or I turn to distraction.

Yet there's another I that wants to be present with the anger because a higher spirit calls the I that is embodied to be brave enough to be present with the feeling.

Depression seems again to be a feeling - that is stuckness - perhaps anger just morphed with no where to go. Once I tap into the depression into the body - it turns into anger, which then raises my energy... then I go into the areas of the body that store this anger - there is not story - just organs and blood and tissues telling me spiritual messages - again these messages are just spirit urging me through the experience
